The Parish Hall
A yoga class suitable for all. A general and classical approach to yoga breathing exercises and postures, unique in combining the breath with the posture creating a more calm and peaceful nervous system response. Gain flexibility, reduce stress, improve blood flow, posture and well being. Classes are taught in a relaxed and friendly environment with variations given to suit all bodies of all ages, gender and experience.

Barre Fit (no experience necessary)
Wednesdays | 6:15pm to 7:15pm 
The Parish Hall
A Fun and friendly workout class. Exercises are based in ballet, dance, yoga and pilates but no prior experience is necessary. A typical class begins with a cardio and mobilisation warm-up, followed by exercises at the barre to strengthen and tone specific muscle groups, followed by mat based exercises inspired by yoga and pilates techniques, finishing with a stretch. Everyone one welcome to this challenging but low-impact class. 

Contemporary Dance
Saturday mornings monthly | 10:00am to 12:00pm
Weston Hub, Weston
These workshops combine guided free movement to warm-up, technique, floor work, travelling sequences, a centre dance phrase and a stretch/relaxation to finish. These are open classes. No experience necessary but experienced dancers are also welcome.
